All red wines can be aged 4 to 6 years in bottle, 1 to 2 years for whites. A fresh and dark cellar is the best way to store your bottles.
On youth, our wines have to be drink as fresh as cellar temperature, later at room temperature according to the vintage.
A deposit can appear during a chilling, which has no consequency on the wine quality, so an aeration in decanter is recommend.
